BMW reveals new 2016 M4 CS, but you won’t be able to buy it

May 10, 2016 – BMW has revealed a softer version of the M4 GTS, dubbed the M4 Competition Sport, but you won’t be able to buy it.

Despite being less hardcore than the GTS, only 60 copies of the CS will be produced exclusively for the Spanish market, whereas the GTS gets 700 copies and it’s available worldwide.

The M4 CS has a 3.0-litre twin-turbo straight-six engine that makes 444 horsepower, which is 49 hp less than the GTS. It can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds and reach a top speed of 280 km/h.

Much like the GTS, the M4 Competition Sport gets noticeable aerodynamic bits, including a fixed rear spoiler, a new rear diffuser, but the interior’s more civilized with comfier seats and no roll cage.
