December 24, 2014 – A Tesla Model S takes on a Lamborghini Aventador in a drag battle on a public highway.
The former is an “affordable” all-electric family sedan with 691 horsepower, while the latter is a V12-powered exotic supercar with exactly the same amount of power. However, the Lambo’s 1850-kilogram weight compared to the Model S’ 2240 kilograms, makes the Italian supercar significantly lighter.
They’re both all-wheel drive, but the Tesla’s a lot more torquier, so will that help it to defeat the Lamborghini? Find out below.
