Lebanese rally driver Henry Massaad and co-driver Ramy Menhem will contest the 2015 Lebanese Rally Championship in a new Renault Clio R3T, the latter has revealed via his personal Facebook profile.
Based on the Clio RS Turbo EDC, the rally-spec R3T packs a 1.6-liter turbo four mated to a six-speed sequential gearbox. It also features specialized equipment, including Sachs shock absorbers, PFC brakes, and Cosworth electronics.
Massaad, who lost a comfortable 37th Rally of Lebanon lead due to two tyre punctures on his Clio R3 on the final day, will now look forward to a new season on a new car that should help him fight for the title.
