December 11, 2016 – M-Sport Ford became the second World Rally Championship team after Hyundai to reveal its 2017 challenger as it published the first pictures of its new Ford Fiesta WRC.
The all-new Fiesta WRC benefits from more aggressive aerodynamics, in addition to more power (380 hp) through bigger turbo restrictions – all in accordance with the 2017 regulations.
M-Sport has not revealed the identity of its drivers yet, but there are ongoing talks with Sebastien Ogier who already sampled the car and is yet to sign a deal. Eric Camilli is also expected to return for a second season.
