September 21, 2015 – We already know that former Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are working on a new car show after signing a multi-million dollar deal with Amazon.
However, the show’s name is still a secret, but a new report by BuzzFeed reveals that the name “Gear Knobs” has been trademark registered by Clarkson’s law firm, making it a potential name for the new show. The name “Speedbird” was also registered, and it could be the name for the Stig’s replacement.
The first episodes of the new motoring show, which is produced by Andy Wilman, are scheduled to premiere worldwide sometime next year through the Amazon Prime online service.
