Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton topped the timesheets during the opening practice session of the 2014 Italian Grand Prix. Hamilton lapped the Monza Circuit in 1:26.187, almost 6 tenths of a second faster than the McLaren of Jenson Button who ended up second ahead of Nico Rosberg.
