Volkswagen’s Jari-Matti Latvala extended his Rally Finland lead to thirty seconds over teammate Sebastien Ogier after dominating Saturday’s morning loop, winning four of its five special stages.
Ogier had lost second position to Citroen’s Kris Meeke on Friday evening, but the Frenchman struck back and retook the position this morning. The duo are separated by 13 seconds.
M-Sport Ford’s Mikko Hirvonen lost out to VW’s Andreas Mikkelsen and Citroen’s Mads Ostberg who are now fourth and fifth respectively, while Hirvonen sits in sixth overall.
