Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton delivered an emphatic performance in Friday’s second practice session in Russia to finish almost one second clear of the field.
Kevin Magnussen reiterated McLaren’s strong early form by capturing second, just ahead of the Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso, the other Mercedes of Nico Rosberg and Williams’ Valtteri Bottas.
