Lewis Hamilton brought Mercedes back to the top of the timesheets after he went quickest in Friday’s second free practice session for the 2014 Singapore Grand Prix, fourteenth round of the 2014 Formula 1 world championship. Hamilton’s lap was almost 2 seconds faster than the fastest time in FP1. However, he was just 0.133 seconds ahead of second place man Fernando Alonso.
