June 20, 2015 – Despite spinning out in the last minutes of Qualifying, Lewis Hamilton was still able to secure pole position for the 2015 Austrian Grand Prix ahead of teammate Nico Rosberg who also had a similar incident on his final flying lap.
Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel was best of the rest behind the Silver Arrows, clocking the third fastest time ahead Williams’ Felipe Massa and Force India’s Nico Hulkenberg, whereas Kimi Raikkonen had a disastrous session, failing to get into Q2 and ending up 18th, but penalties for Daniil Kvyat, Daniel Ricciardo, Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button mean that he’ll start the race from 14th.
