The 2015 BMW M4 – the coupe version of the famous BMW M3 – has been spotted testing around every car brand’s favorite test track, Germany’s Nurburgring.
BMW will adopt a new naming system, with the 2-door version of the 3 Series called the 4 Series, thus the M version of the 4 Series will be the M4 and will feature typical M design cues including a wider track, redesigned bumpers and signature four exhaust pipes.
Both M3 and M4 variants will feature an inline-six turbocharged engine with an estimated 450-horespower, though the displacement remains unknown.
Tranmission options will include a DCT dual-clutch transmission in addition to a possible manual gearbox.
