November 15, 2015 – Mercedes’ Nico Rosberg sealed second place in the Formula 1 world drivers’ championship as he cruised to a commanding win at the Brazilian Grand Prix in Sao Paulo.
Rosberg came under threat from his teammate during the early stages of the race, but world champion Lewis Hamilton never got close enough to get past and he eventually settled for second place.
Force India’s Nico Hulkenberg held off Red Bull’s Daniil Kvyat for sixth, while Williams’ Valtteri Bottas finished ahead of both of them by crossing the line in fifth place.
Williams’ Felipe Massa finished eighth at his home race, while the talented young Max Verstappen again showed his potential as a future world champion on his way to 10th place.
