August 30, 2015 – The fourth and final round of the 2015 Lebanese Speed Test Championship, which is dedicated to Super Series and Amateur class competitors, concluded this afternoon in the Pit Stop circuit in Zouk.
Xavier Massaad took the Super Series class win onboard his Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII after clocking 1:59.93, which is almost a second quicker than second place finisher Pierre Rizk (Evo X). Samer Abdel Malak (Evo IX) completed the Super Series podium by finishing third.
In the Amateur class, Renault Clio RS driver Charbel Ghanem snatched victory, ahead of Chadi Abou Assi (Volkswagen Golf GTI) and Joudy Feghali (Renault Clio RS).
Ghanem was also the fastest man driving a Renault, thus taking the RenaultSport Cup class win, with Nour Nassereddine (Megane RS) and Daniel Terzian (Megane RS) second and third respectively.
