2016 Formula 1 Pre-Season Test – Day 4 results

February 25, 2016 – Kimi Raikkonen put Ferrari back on top of the times on the fourth and final day of the first pre-season Formula 1 test in Circuit de Catalunya-Barcelona, Spain.

The Finn used the purple ultra-soft tyres late in the morning session to post a best time of 1m23.477s, finishing the day over eight tenths clear of Red Bull’s Daniil Kvyat.

Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton showcased Mercedes’ unprecedented reliability as the duo covered 185 laps between them, whilst Fernando Alonso (pictured) could only complete 3 untimed laps, as a coolant leak prevented him from going any further.

The red flag was brought out three times, with Haryanto crashing the Manor, and Grosjean’s Haas and Magnussen’s Renault stopping on track.
