May 31, 2016 – The Automobile Club & Touring of Lebanon has published the official results for the first round of the 2016 Lebanese Drift Championship that took place in Beirut Waterfront one week ago.
Fadi Boustany (BMW E46) and Fouad Mexacy (BMW E30) were both the provisional winners, but the official results show that Fadi Boustany is the winner, while Fouad Mexacy has been relegated to 2nd place overall.
Mohammad Baalbaki (BMW E36), who was provisionally 3rd overall, dropped to 4th overall as Mouhammad Hammoud (Nissan Silvia) was given the final podium place.
In the amateur category, the results remain unchanged, with Mario Klayaany (BMW E30) the winner, followed by Joseph Salameh (BMW E36) and Maher Abdel Samad (Nissan 350Z).
