September 24, 2016 – The 2016 Lebanese Drift Championship came to a conclusion this afternoon in Warde, Kfardebian with Bahaa Abdel Hadi (BMW E36) scoring his first ever victory in the 5th and final round, while Fadi Boustany successfully defended his championship title.
Abdel Hadi put in his best performance of the season in front of thousands of spectators to steal the win from Kifah Hilal (BMW E30) who settled for 2nd place, followed by Mohammad Baalbaki (BMW E36) in 3rd.
In the Amateur category, it was Mario Klayaany (BMW E30) who ranked 1st ahead of David Matar (BMW E46) and Maher Abdel Samad (Nissan 350Z) in 2nd and 3rd places respectively.
