March 19, 2016 – The second round of the 2016 Lebanese Rotax Max Karting Challenge came to a conclusion this afternoon at the Pit Stop Circuit in Zouk Mosbeh, with drivers battling it out in five different categories.
Patrick Njeim scored his second consecutive victory in the DD2 class ahead of Sari Abou Rahal, whilst Christopher Njeim scored his first win this season in the Senior Max class after beating his brother Matthias by 0.1 seconds to the finish line.
Carl Rizk made it two wins in a row in the Junior Max category, whilst the Mini Max class triumph went to Sami-Joe Abi Nakhle, who also made it two wins in two rounds.
Edwin Khneisser prevailed for the first time this season in the Micro Max class.
