Rapper Curtis Jackson, known by his stage name “50 Cent” has been released from a hospital after suffering minor injuries when his SUV was involved in an accident that took place in New York on Tuesday morning.
Jackson’s bullet-proof Chevrolet Suburban was rear-ended by a Mack truck in New York City; The crash was extremely violent, with the massive Chevy almost being rolled over by the truck.
Jackson was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries.
50 Cent was listed as the fifth wealthiest hip-hop artist by Forbes, with a net worth of $110 million. Jackson is most famous for his “Get Rich or Die Tryin'” and “The Massacre” albums.
