Aston Martin President and CEO Dr Andy Palmer has been presented with a prestigious L.E.A.D.E.R. award at the Automotive News Europe Congress dinner. The L.E.A.D.E.R. award stands for Leaders in European Automotive Development, Excellence and Research. It is an annual award recognizes those in the industry who exemplify product development, achievements and dedication to the European automotive sector.
Palmer was presented with the award in recognition of the British brand’s ‘Second Century’ plan. The ‘Second Century’ plan will drive the growth of the business by replacing every car in the current range, adding up to three model lines and entering segments new to the company.
Aston Martin’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Andy Palmer said: “2018 continues to be a tremendous year for Aston Martin, with this award further proof of our successful transformation plan.
