Canadian Hummer driver saves four children

People don’t necessarily have to dress up in weird costumes in order to be labeled heroes; take this Hummer driver as an example. The Canadian citizen, identified as Darrell Krushelnicki, intercepted a distracted Pontiac driver who was about to speed through an intersection.

Four youngsters, between the ages of three and sixteen, were on the crosswalk when Krushelnicki decided to pull his Hummer H3 in front of the Pontiac G5 to save the four innocent lives.

The distracted 23-year-old was talking on his cellphone while traveling at 80 km/h in a 30 km/h zone. Luckily, everyone escaped unscathed, and police are nominating Krushelnicki for an award.
