Dubai will be witnessing the second most important motorsport event in the gulf region in 2 days from now. The teams have arrived to Dubai Autodrome and preparation is on and going. Eighty Three teams will be present on the grid for the start of the race that will take place between Friday 2:00 PM and Saturday 2:00 PM.
The field looks packed with high end participation. Reigning champions UAE’s Black Falcon will be running 2 Mercedes SLS AMG and will be looking forward to keep the title in the country. The Saudi Falcons on the other hand will be looking to build on previous successes and try to win the event for the first time in their history. The team will be lead by Red Bull Athlete Abdulaziz Turki AlFaisal and Faisal Binladen and will be fielding 2 BMW Z4 GT3 cars.
The field will also see a lot of other car makers, such as Audi, Ferrari, Nissan, Seat, Lamborghini and most noticeably McLaren who are looking to score a good result in such competition for the first time in their MP4 12-C.
