Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher remains in a medically induced coma one month after his skiing accident, his manager Sabine Kehm has told the BBC today.
Kehm said that the seven-time world champion is still in a stable condition in Grenoble, while she rejected “speculation” by the French media saying Schumacher was being woken from his coma.
The German suffered a severe head injury on 29 December when he fell and hit a rock in the French Alps; he has undergone two operations to remove blood clots around his brain since then, and is being kept asleep to reduce swelling.
