Koenigsegg celebrates 20 years with 1360hp Agera One:1

Koenigsegg Automotive is celebrating its 20th birthday this year by introducing a more potent version of the Agera. Dubbed Agera One:1, it is the world’s first “Megacar” – according to Koenigsegg – because it is the first production car with a one megawatt of power, and a power-to-weight ratio of one-to-one.

Aside from all the aerodynamic gizmos, the Agera One:1 is powered by a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with a whopping 1,341 hp and 1370 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that transfers power to the rear wheels.

The Agera One:1 is capable of sprinting from 0 to 400 km/h in just 20 seconds. Unfortunately, Koenigsegg will produce only 6 copies, all of which are already spoken for. The “Megacar” will make its public debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
