Nissan GT-R Track Edition faces the Chevrolet Camaro Z28 on track

The Nissan GT-R has already established itself as one of the best supercars currently on sale. However, there’s a new rival in town in the form of Chevrolet’s new Camaro Z28.

In Motor Trend’s latest head to head video, both cars are taken out on track to discover which one can eke out a better laptime. The Nissan GT-R Track Edition packs a 545 hp twin-turbo V6, a 6-speed dual clutch transmission and all-wheel drive, while the Camaro Z28 is slightly down on power with 500 hp from a 7.0-liter naturally-aspirated V8, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission that transfers power to the rear wheels only.

We have no doubt that both cars are superb to drive but the winner is one and only one, and the video below provides the answer.
