Schumacher reportedly sued by Spanish motorcyclist

Seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Michael Schumacher is being sued by a Spanish motorcyclist who claims the German knocked him off his bike a few weeks before the former’s skiing accident, according to fresh reports.

Schumacher is accused of hitting the motorcyclist at a roundabout in Seville – Spain on November 17, 2013, with the rider suffering a broken wrist and damage to his clothes, motorcycle and watch as a result.

A police report shows that Schumacher failed to respect his alleged victim’s right of way in the incident, but a trial would only take place if insurers contest the claim.

The Formula 1 legend, who has been in a coma since sustaining a serious head injury whilst skiing in the French Alps, would obviously not be obliged to attend due to his current state.
