Widow sues Porsche over crash that killed her husband and Paul Walker

Kristine Rodas, wife of Roger Rodas, the man who died alongside friend and movie star Paul Walker in a horrifying Carrera GT accident, is filing a lawsuit against Porsche.

Mark Gerargos, Kristine’s attorney, claims in his lawsuit that the Carrera GT was traveling at 88km/h on November 30, when it “malfunctioned” and crashed, killing both driver and passenger.

However, the lawsuit contradicts the data retrieved from the vehicle by Porsche, along with analysis of CCTV footage, which led investigators to the conclusion that Rodas was driving between 120 km/h and 150 km/h and on nine-year-old tyres when he lost control.
