The Automobile & Touring Club of Lebanon (ATCL) has published the official entry list for the third round of the Lebanese Rally Championship 2014, also known as the Cedars Rally. The list, consisting of a total 23 drivers, is headed by Roger Feghali on a Ford Fiesta R5, Nicolas Amiouni and Abdo Feghali both on a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X.
