Track Battle: Porsche 911 GT3 vs McLaren 650S vs Ferrari 458 Speciale

British automobile magazine Autocar takes three of the best supercars currently on sale for a head to head on a racing track.

There’s the track-oriented Porsche 911 GT3 with its 470-horsepower six-cylinder engine, the McLaren 650S with a turbocharged 650-horsepower 3.8-liter V8 and the 600-hp Ferrari 458 Speciale powered by a 4.5-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine.

The Porsche is the least powerful and heaviest (1505 kilograms), whereas the McLaren is the most powerful but is 73 kilograms heavier than the Ferrari (1468 kg vs 1395 kg). Although the Porsche is at a disadvantage, you can never rule it out, and you’ll see why in the video.
