James Bond drove a vintage Aston Martin DB5 in his most recent movie, Skyfall, but he’s switching to something more “petit” for his upcoming blockbuster, Spectre.
The British Secret Service agent will be driving a Fiat 500 in a car chase through the Italian capital Rome, according to information obtained by Sky News from Italian news agency ANSA. However, the source hasn’t specified whether it’s a modern or vintage 500, but we hope it’s the former and in Abarth form.
Bond’s official car, however, will be the gorgeous new DB10 that was unveiled by Aston Martin during the movie’s official launch event today.
Filming of the new Bond movie – which will star Daniel Craig – will start tomorrow, with shooting locations set in Pinewood London, Mexico City, Rome, Tangier & Erfoud, Morocco, Sölden, Obertilliach and Lake Altausee, Austria.
Spectre will hit movie theaters on November 6, 2015.
