August 19, 2015 – Lebanese Rally Champion Roger Feghali will contest the fourth round of both the Middle East Rally Championship and Lebanese Rally Championship, the 38th Rally of Lebanon, in a Ford Fiesta R5.
Roger drove a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X in previous rounds of the 2015 season, but is switching to a Fiesta R5 for ROL in hopes of fending off Qatar’s Nasser Al-Attiyah who confirmed that he’ll be driving a new Skoda Fabia R5.
Roger – who leads the championship with 270 points – last appeared in a Ford Fiesta R5 at the 2014 Cedars’ Rally, an event he controversially won, finishing more than 1 minute ahead of his brother Abdo.
