September 10, 2015 – Citroen driver Mads Ostberg and his co-driver Jonas Andersson will not take part in the tenth round of the World Rally Championship in Australia this weekend after crashing in recce.
Driving a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, Ostberg crashed into a truck in the Valla stage which left him with two fractured ribs, while Andersson suffered from bruises.
Ostberg’s place in the Citroen Total Abu Dhabi team will be taken by French rising star Stephane Lefebvre who will be partnered by his co-driver Stephane Prevot.
