December 17, 2015 – The 2015 Lebanese Drift Championship was even better than last year’s as both drivers and cars showed great improvement, providing some outstanding performances, and the biggest proof of the high-level competition is the fact that we have 6 different drivers in the top 6.
As with our Top 5 Lebanese Hill Climb drives of 2015, we’re using view count statistics to decide the top 6 drift performances of the year, except that this time it’s Facebook viewership instead of YouTube viewership.
6. Mouhammad Hammoud in Round 1 of the Lebanese Drift Championship

Although he finished outside the top 3, many believed Mouhammad Hammoud’s performance in the opening round of the season was worthy of a victory. Hammoud was consistently one of the best throughout the season and finished third in the championship in the end.
5. Bassam Zahalan in Round 2 of the Lebanese Drift Championship

Bassam Zahalan did not have an ideal season in 2015, finishing sixth in the final standings, but he’s without a doubt one of the best there is, and the popular show he put on during the second round of the season proves it.

Xavier Massaad had unlucky moments earlier in the season, but an outstanding performance during the fourth round of the season saw him take his first ever victory, and the only win for a Nissan 350Z in 2015.
3. Mohammad Baalbaki in Round 5 of the Lebanese Drift Championship
Mouhamad Baalbaki – Winner Lebanese Drift Championship 2015 Ro…Mohammad Baalbaki cemented himself as one of the best drifters in the country by triumphing in the fifth and final round of the 2015 Lebanese Drift Championship after an exceptional performance onboard his BMW E36.

Mohammad Baalbaki enjoyed a great 2015 season, finishing fourth in the championship and third in the Red Bull Car Park Drift. His drive to victory in the fifth and final round of the season was his most popular.

Kifah Hilal was the only driver to take more than one victory in 2015 (Round 1 & 3), but he lost the championship lead in the final round and had to settle for the runner-up spot. However, that doesn’t make his performances any less spectacular. This is his winning drive in the third round.
1. Fadi Boustany in the Red Bull Car Park Drift Lebanon qualifiers
Fadi Boustany – Winner Red Bull CPD Lebanon 2015Fadi Boustany had a great 3rd run to take the Red Bull CPD 2015 Lebanese Crown. Fadi who is one of the leading drifters in Lebanon took the crown after a great battle between 16 drivers. He will now represent Lebanon in the CPD Middle East Finals in Kuwait.

Fadi Boustany was at the top of his game in 2015, taking one victory in the Lebanese Drift Championship and eventually clinching the title after several great drives, but it was his Red Bull Car Park Drift performances that were truly astonishing. He won the Lebanese qualifiers following a faultless show, and would have probably won the regional title if it weren’t for a mechanical failure.
