January 23, 2016 – Volkswagen’s Sebastien Ogier remained in the lead of Rally Monte Carlo on a day that witnessed the unfolding of several dramas, including retirements for Kris Meeke and Jari-Matti Latvala.
Meeke, who was the only man to challenge Ogier during the past couple of days, faced a gearbox issue in his Citroen and was forced to retire after SS12, whilst Ogier’s teammate Latvala damaged his car after going off the road in SS11 (video below).
