March 1, 2016 – Aston Martin has finally revealed the long-awaited DB9 replacement, the DB11, at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.
The Aston Martin DB11’s heart is a new 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 that develops 600 horsepower and 700Nm of torque, making DB11 the most powerful production DB model ever.
An 8-speed paddle-shift torque converter automatic gearbox sends power to the rear wheels and helps the DB11 reach 100 km/h from a standstill in 3.9 seconds, before topping out at 320 km/h.
Design-wise, the elegant DB11 draws inspiration from James Bond’s DB10 and it gets a completely new interior with top-quality materials and a new infotainment system co-developed with Mercedes-Benz.
