Jeep unleashes 707hp Wrangler Trailcat concept

March 11, 2016 – Jeep has unveiled its most powerful Wrangler ever, the Wrangler Trailcat concept, which was created for Jeep’s 50th annual Easter Safari fan fest that is taking place next week in Moab, Utah.

The Wrangler Trailcat gets the same 6.2-liter Hellcat V8 engine that powers the Dodge Challenger Hellcat and Charger Hellcat; it produces a massive 707 horsepower and it is mated to a six-speed manual transmission.

Other than monstrous engine, the Wrangler Trailcat features significant modifications that include a chopped windscreen, an extended wheelbase, Dana 60 axles, an off-road focused suspension, custom fender flares and 17-inch wheels with 39.5-inch BF-Goodrich tyres.
