August 17, 2016 – After four rounds of the 2016 Lebanese Drift Championship and with just one more round to go, Fadi Boustany leads the championship standings and looks set to defend his title.
Mathematically, only Fouad Mexacy can still clinch the title as he’s 27 points behind Fadi with 30 points available in the 5th and final round. However, for that to happen, Fouad would have to win with Fadi outside the top 18.
Kifah Hilal occupies third place, but several drivers are closely behind, including Round 4 winner Mashaal Kawkab, followed by Mohammad Baalbaki and Bahaa Abdel Hadi.
In the Amateur category, Mario Klayaany leads Souhaib Al Ayoubi and Maher Abdel Samad respectively, with all 3 mathematically capable of securing the title.
