Originally revealed in 2019, the Valhalla has evolved significantly. Its powertrain combines a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine with three electric motors, boosting output to 1064 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque. The flat-plane-crank V-8, sourced from Mercedes-AMG, is extensively modified by Aston Martin, featuring a dry-sump system, reworked camshafts, turbos, and pistons for enhanced track performance.

A new 6.0-kWh battery powers the three electric motors—two on the front axle and one integrated into the rear transmission. This setup allows for pure electric front-wheel-drive operation with a 9-mile range and speeds up to 80 mph. The eight-speed dual-clutch transmission includes an electronic rear differential, ensuring precise power delivery.

Aerodynamics and Race-Inspired Engineering

The Valhalla’s aerodynamic capabilities are groundbreaking, generating 1323 pounds of downforce at speeds between 149 and 217 mph. Limited Production and Pricing

Aston Martin plans to build 999 units of the Valhalla, significantly increasing from the 500 originally announced in 2019. Production is set to begin in the third quarter of 2025, with deliveries expected later that year. Pricing is anticipated to start at approximately $1 million, making the Valhalla an exclusive addition to Aston Martin’s lineup.
