Mercedes-AMG has unveiled the luxurious SL 63 Manufaktur Golden Coast Limited Edition, a standout convertible sports car for 2025. With only 100 units produced globally, this exclusive model features a stunning Kalahari Gold Magno finish, reminiscent of sunlit beaches, and is now available at select U.S. dealerships.
Crafted through the Manufaktur program, known for its bespoke personalization options, the Golden Coast edition showcases unparalleled elegance. The vehicle is enhanced with striking 21-inch AMG forged cross-spoke wheels in black, complemented by rim flanges that match the car’s golden exterior.
Equipped with the AMG Aerodynamics and Night Packages, the exterior also boasts black accents, including a front splitter, mirror caps, and even the grille, three-pointed star emblem, and exhaust tips, all finished in sleek black chrome.
Inside, the bespoke theme continues with AMG Performance seats upholstered in hand-stitched black Nappa leather, featuring luxurious diamond quilting in gold to coordinate with the exterior. Gold trim accents the seats, door panels, and center console, elevating the cabin’s sophistication. High-pile floor mats with Nappa leather piping and an embroidered AMG logo complete the look, while a “Manufaktur Golden Coast” badge on the center console emphasizes its exclusivity.
Like its standard counterpart, the AMG SL 63 Golden Coast is powered by a robust 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, generating 577 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. It features a 9-speed automatic transmission and Mercedes’ 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system, delivering impressive acceleration. Previous tests showed the AMG SL 63 accelerating from 0-60 mph in just 3.1 seconds, and the Golden Coast edition is expected to match those performance figures.
With just 100 units available, the AMG SL 63 Manufaktur Golden Coast Edition is a rare and distinctive offering.
