Eliane Hobeiche and Serge Zouein Appointed Vice Presidents – New Leadership Team Announced Following Board Meeting in Kaslik
Kaslik, Lebanon – The Automobile and Touring Club of Lebanon (ATCL), a prestigious institution with over a century of leadership in the automotive and tourism sectors, has announced the formation of its new Board of Directors. This announcement follows the internal elections held at the club’s headquarters in Kaslik, where key roles were distributed among elected members.
NEW PRESIDENT APPOINTED
At the forefront of the newly elected board is Mr. Nabil (Billy) Karam, who has been elected as President of ATCL. A motorsport enthusiast, entrepreneur, and longstanding supporter of the club’s mission, Mr. Karam brings a legacy of leadership, vision, and deep-rooted commitment to Lebanese and regional motorsport.
VICE PRESIDENTS BRING STRATEGIC BALANCE
Supporting the president in shaping the future direction of the club are:
- Ms. Eliane Hobeiche, Vice President, recognized for her public service and strategic acumen in tourism and civic initiatives.
- Mr. Serge Zouein, Vice President, whose experience in organizational management and passion for automotive affairs make him a valuable asset to the board.
KEY ADMINISTRATIVE APPOINTMENTS
- Mr. Kamil Edde has been appointed Secretary General, bringing efficiency and a strong administrative background to the club’s operations.
- Mr. Gilbert Mseiché assumes the role of Treasurer, where his oversight will be critical in ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainable financial planning.
- Mr. Roger Zovekian was selected as Auditor, tasked with upholding transparency and good governance within ATCL’s financial processes.
