2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Reveals Fresh New Look

The 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee is getting a sleek refresh, featuring subtle but impactful design upgrades to both the front end and the interior. Jeep has released teaser images highlighting these changes, giving fans a first glimpse at what’s to come.

Up front, the Grand Cherokee now features updated headlights with a sharp LED signature shaped like a hockey stick. These lights flow into a redesigned chrome grille, inspired by the recently revealed Jeep Compass EV. The front bumper has also been revised with a split air intake and a curvier lower chrome trim for a more modern appearance.

The cabin isn’t left behind—Jeep has reworked the center console for a cleaner, more user-friendly layout. The traditional climate-control setup has been replaced with a simplified row of buttons. Two smaller knobs now flank the central touchscreen, positioned higher for easier access. It also appears the passenger screen may be slightly larger, though Jeep has yet to confirm exact specs.

This refresh comes at a critical time. Sales for the Grand Cherokee dropped 12% in 2024, down to 216,148 units from the previous year. Jeep hopes this update will reignite interest in its best-selling mid-size SUV.

The 2026 Grand Cherokee will continue production in Detroit and retain its two-row, three-row L, and plug-in hybrid 4xe options. Full details are expected later in the year, but early signs point to a sharper, more refined SUV that stays true to its roots while pushing forward in design and tech.
