Full Route and 11 Special Stages
The Lebanese Automobile and Touring Club (ATCL) is organizing the 47th International Rally of Lebanon from September 4 to 7, under the patronage of the President of the Lebanese Republic, General Michel Aoun.
This race forms part of the fifth and penultimate round of the 2025 Middle East Rally Championship. The total rally distance is 624.41 kilometers, including 192.44 kilometers of timed special stages spread over 11 stages.
Rally Launch and Opening Events
The ceremonial start will take place in collaboration with the Jounieh Municipality at 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 4, in front of Jounieh Municipality. A drivers’ press conference will precede the start at 7:45 PM, also at the municipality.
On Friday, September 5, classic car displays, Porsche Club exhibitions, and drifting shows will take place from 2:30 PM at the organizer’s headquarters in Kaslik.
Part One: Initial Special Stage
- Special Stage 1 (2.54 km): Lebanese Automobile and Touring Club (ATCL) – Kaslik
This exhibition stage will be held inside the ATCL premises in Kaslik on September 5, starting at 5:00 PM.
Afterwards, the cars will proceed towards Jounieh, ending the first part at the closed parking area in front of Jounieh Courthouse at 5:30 PM, where they will remain until the second part begins on Saturday morning.
Part Two: Saturday Morning
The second part begins on Saturday, September 6, with the first car leaving the Jounieh Courthouse parking at 7:30 AM towards the service park at the President Fouad Chehab Sports Complex, then continuing to Byblos (Jbeil) and ascending to Al-MOnsEf.
- Special Stage 2 (14.63 km): Al-Mansaf – Sbeil
From Al-Mansaf ascending through Sheikhaneh, Gharzouz, Bekhaz, Maad, Ghalboun, Bejjeh, ending at Sbeil.
Road closed from 7:20 AM to 10:20 AM.
Cars then proceed along the coastal road from Amchit towards Mdoufeh, ascending to Smar Jbeil and then to Toula.
- Special Stage 3 (28.89 km): Toula – Yarita
From Toula via Baqiiqa junction, Dhahr Abi Yaghi, Al Masrah, Mar Mama, Mohmarsh, Al Alali, Marah Al Haj, Asia, Zain, Ftihat to Sourat, ascending to Kfarchleiman, Hilta, and ending in Yarita.
Road closed from 8:40 AM to 11:40 AM.
Then, cars head towards the refueling point at Aoura, ascending to Al Asi orchards and reaching Deir Bella.
- Special Stage 4 (17.65 km): Deir Bella – Kafrhi
From Deir Bella through Shnatah, Baziza, Wata Faris, Zakzouk, Al MEjdEl, descending to Kaftoun, then ascending to BOXMAYA, and ending in Kafrhi.
Road closed from 9:43 AM to 12:43 PM.
Cars continue from Kafrhi descending towards the Tannourine-Batroun road, Mdoufeh-Byblos highway, ending in the closed parking at Jounieh Courthouse, before heading to the service park at Fouad Chehab Sports Complex from 12:48 PM.
Part Three: Saturday Afternoon
The third part starts Saturday at 1:04 PM, with the first car leaving Jounieh Courthouse parking to the service park, then proceeding again towards Byblos and ascending to Al-Mansaf.
- Special Stage 5 (14.63 km): Al-Mansaf – Sbeil
Same route and road closure times: 1:12 PM to 4:12 PM. - Special Stage 6 (28.89 km): Toula – Yarita
Same route and road closure times: 2:32 PM to 5:32 PM. - Special Stage 7 (17.65 km): Deir Bella – Kafrhi
Same route and road closure times: 3:35 PM to 6:35 PM.
Afterwards, cars return to Jounieh Courthouse parking, then back to the service park at Fouad Chehab Sports Complex at 6:40 PM. They will stay in the closed parking until the second section starts on Sunday morning.
Part Four: Sunday Morning
The second section’s fourth part begins Sunday, September 7, at 7:30 AM from Jounieh Courthouse parking, heading to the service park, then continuing towards Beirut, ascending Nahr El Mout, Fanar, Ain Saadeh, descending to Monti Fardi, Qartada Road, and ending at Zandouqa.
- Special Stage 8 (16.85 km): Zandouqa – Baabdat
From Zandouqa via Qousaybeh, church, Arabaniyeh, Salima junction, descending to Dalibeh, ascending to Baabdat.
Road closed from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Then, cars head towards Baabdat Square, turn left on Bikfaya-Dhour El Choueir Road towards Bikfaya Al Mahditha, then continue to Hamliya, descending Wadi Abu Mezan to Zbouga.
- Special Stage 9 (16.52 km): Zbouga – Kfartayeh
From Zbouga junction ascending to Zbouga, Kfar Aqab, Ain El Qabu, back to Kfar Aqab, Wadi Al Karam, ending at Kfartayeh.
Road closed from 8:31 AM to 11:31 AM.
Then, cars continue to Kfardebian, Ashqout roundabout, right into Ashqout, left to Bzammar, Ghosta, Harissa, and finally the regrouping point at Jounieh Courthouse parking, then to the service park at Fouad Chehab Sports Complex at 11:16 AM.
Part Five: Sunday Midday
The fifth part starts Sunday at 12:11 PM from Jounieh Courthouse parking, heading to the service park and then to Beirut via the same route as earlier.
- Special Stage 10 (17.67 km): Zandouqa – Bzebdin
From Zandouqa through Qousaybeh, church, Arabaniyeh, Salima junction, descending to Dalibeh, ascending to Hasbaya, ending at Bzebdin.
Road closed from 11:49 AM to 2:49 PM.
Cars then move towards Metn area with a regrouping point at Metn Vocational School starting 1:54 PM.
Part Six: Sunday Afternoon Finale
The first car leaves Metn Vocational School at 2:24 PM, ascending to Bologna, then descending to Khenchara, Ain Tfaha, Al Mahditha, Bikfaya road, right to Hamliya, Wadi Abu Mezan, ending at Zbouga junction.
- Special Stage 11 (16.52 km): Zbouga – Kfartayeh
Same route and road closure: 1:22 PM to 4:22 PM.
Afterwards, cars head back to Jounieh Courthouse parking from 4:07 PM, then to the service park at Fouad Chehab Sports Complex.
The rally ends with the cars entering the Lebanese Automobile and Touring Club in Kaslik from 5:00 PM, concluding the race.
Awards Ceremony
The official prize-giving ceremony will be held at 5:30 PM at the organizing club’s premises.
