Abdulaziz Turki AlFaisal is set to compete in the penultimate round of the 2014 FIA World Endurance Championship, the 6 Hours of Bahrain, on the 15th of next month after landing a seat in one of the GTE-Pro Aston Martins.
The Saudi driver will share the #99 Vantage GTE with Alex MacDowall and Fernando Rees, replacing regular driver Darryl O’Young, who will be competing in the Macau GT Cup that weekend.
Al Faisal has plenty of experience in GT racing, having completed a full season with Black Falcon in the Blancpain Endurance Series and taking part in the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans in a JMW Motorsport Ferrari 458 Italia GT2.
