January 7, 2015 – The Abu Dhabi Racing team lead by Khaled Al Qubaisi has signed a sponsorship deal with Al Qudra Holding, one of the leading strategic investors based in Abu Dhabi. As a result of the deal the Abu Dhabi Racing Black Falcon team car (Mercedes SLS AMG GT3) will carry the Al Qudra Holding branding in the forthcoming 10th Hankook 24H Dubai race taking place at the Dubai Autodrome on Friday 9th January.
Throughout the years, Al Qudra Holding has grown significantly by focusing on sustainable development of the region and creating value by investing in fundamental growth sectors. One of which is the Sports, which include Al Qudra Sport Management which is one of the few national companies that operate in all aspects of the sports field including managing sports clubs, sports centers and sports facilities as well as offering technical consultancy services in the sports field.

Al Qubaisi and Abu Dhabi Racing Black Falcon are gearing up for an exciting race in the 10th Hankook 24H Dubai race taking place at the Dubai Autodrome this Friday. The Abu Dhabi Racing Black Falcon team are set to be one of the major challengers for a podium position this year event thanks to an excellent track record in the event, winning back to back titles in 2012 and 2013, and coming 3rd in 2014.
Al Qubaisi will be leading the team this year with Bernd Schneider (Germany), Jeroen Bleekemolen (Holland) and Andreas Simonsen (Sweden) also taking up the driving duties. This year’s edition is to be the largest in its 10 year history with 90 cars on the grid and over 400 drivers racing over the 24 hour period.
Qualifying takes place on Thursday, 8 January, between 15:00pm and 17:30pm, with the race set to be flagged off at 14:00pm on Friday, with the chequered flag waving (to bring proceedings to an end) at 14:00pm on Saturday, followed by the podium ceremony.
