Lighter and more powerful, the DBX S redefines luxury SUVs
The new Aston Martin DBX S pushes performance boundaries with added power, reduced weight, and refined dynamics. Building on the already potent DBX707, this model sharpens its edge for a more exhilarating experience.
More horsepower from upgraded twin-turbo V8
At the core is a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, now generating 717 horsepower. The power bump comes from upgraded turbochargers borrowed from Aston’s Valhalla supercar. Torque remains at 664 lb-ft, delivered through a recalibrated nine-speed wet-clutch transmission that offers more aggressive downshifts in Sport and Sport+ modes.
Weight reduction through innovative materials
Optional features can reduce weight by up to 104 pounds. Highlights include a carbon fiber roof—the largest on any Aston Martin—and magnesium wheels, the first of their kind on an SUV. A honeycomb grille and additional carbon fiber elements trim even more weight and lower the center of gravity.
Dynamic upgrades enhance handling and ride comfort
The DBX S inherits air spring and damper tuning from the DBX707, offering better body control and stability. It features electronic roll control and high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes. A quicker steering rack boosts agility for spirited driving.
Bold design and bespoke interior finish
Exterior updates include stacked dual exhausts, carbon side sills, and a unique livery. Inside, Alcantara, semi-aniline leather, and a herringbone seat pattern deliver both sportiness and luxury. An optional 23-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system enhances the in-cabin experience.
