The Automobile & Touring Club of Lebanon (ATCL) has published the entry list for the first round of the 2014 Lebanese Speed Test Championship that is set to take place on April 27th at Beirut Waterfront. It is worth mentioning that the Speed Test will be followed by the first round of the Lebanese Drifting Championship.
