The Automobile Touring Club Lebanon (ATCL) has released the official entry list for the third and final round of the 2014 Lebanese Speed Test Championship that will be held this Sunday (September 28) in Warde Kfardebian. Abdo Feghali, who won the previous two rounds, heads the list that consists of 43 drivers in total.
