May 8, 2017 – When you request a taxi, the last thing you’d expect is a 602-bhp German supercar in front of your doorstep. However, thanks to a recent collaboration between Audi Lebanon and Allo Taxi, a few customers were lucky enough to ride in an Audi R8 V10 Plus and experience the thrill of a genuine supercar.
The Audi R8 produces 533 bhp and 540 Nm of torque from a naturally-aspirated 5.2-liter V10 engine mated to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission that transfers power to all four wheels, all of which helps it accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds. Power is raised to 602 bhp and 560 Nm in the ‘V10 Plus’ version, while the 0-100 km/h acceleration time drops to 3.2 seconds.
