March 8, 2017 – Valtteri Bottas topped the times on the second day of the second Formula 1 pre-season test as he clocked the fastest time in testing so far – 1:19.310 on the red Super Soft tyres. His Mercedes W08 registered 149 laps, the most of all cars today. Red Bull and Ferrari had a tough day, with the RB13 facing engine issues while Raikkonen crashed the SF70H.
