Dacia and Renault (part of Renault Group) LCV’s (Light Commercial Vehicles with a payload <3.5 T) are living up to their names as high quality vehicle brands. Both Dacia and Renault LCV models currently represent 25% of the total market share in Lebanon with Dacia sales taking the number 1 slot closely followed by Renault at number 2.

The trend in vehicle registration, both in passenger and commercial vehicles, is steadily growing. Due to the quality/ performance & viability of the Renault and Dacia brands, Bassoul-Heneine succeeded in being the leader in sales of LCVs with payloads up to 3.5 tons for the third consecutive year.

Four models of LCVs are available at Bassoul-Heneine and sub-dealers. The Renault Kangoo, with a reliable engine adapted to diverse needs and a flat load area for objects up to 1.73 m long with a payload of 650 KG, the Renault Trafic, whose front suspension features a MacPherson strut and anti-roll bar for ride & comfort comes with multiple volumes (5m3 , 5.9m3 & 8.3m3) to cater for a wide variety of businesses, the Dacia Logan van, ideal for small business owners, tradesmen and traders, and notably permits a standard payload of 800kg, and finally the Dacia Logan Pick-up, featuring a cargo bed with 800 kg payload and 1.80 m load length, along with a huge storage area behind the cabin seats.

“The increasing trend that the LCV segment has witnessed from 2009 to 2012 is directly related to Bassoul-Heneine’s LCV models introduced during this period starting with the Dacia Logan Van in 2009 and the Renault Kangoo in 2010”.

“Our LCV Vehicles are the best in the market in terms of performance, reliability, resale value & a competitive running cost that gives it an edge over the competition. If you are an entrepreneur, a craftsman or a tradesman and you are looking for a LCV then you will know that purchasing one of the four models we have will not only offer you peace of mind but a worthwhile investment,” commented a Bassoul-Heneine sal representative.
