July 18, 2016 – BMW has officially revealed the first image of the all-new 1-Series Sedan.
The 1-Series Sedan is the first compact sports sedan under the BMW brand; it will be built in collaboration with Chinese automaker BMW Brilliance Automotive and will be sold exclusively in China.

BMW did not release any mechanical details, so there’s still a lot of undisclosed information regarding the new model. It’s also still unknown whether the German automaker will introduce the new car in other markets.
In terms of design, it is obvious that the 1-Series Sedan is heavily inspired by the BMW Concept Compact Sedan.
